SofIPTV security and integrity

This page centralizes official downloads, SHA-256 checksums and security information so you can verify that the file you install was published on sofiptv.com.

Official APKs

SofIPTV uses two separate APKs: one common build for Android phones/tablets and Google TV / Android TV, and a separate build for Amazon Fire TV / Fire OS.

Security: Do not install a SofIPTV APK obtained from a third-party site, forum or file-sharing link. Use the official sofiptv.com links.

Verify the SHA-256 checksum

After downloading, compare the calculated checksum with the official value above. On Windows PowerShell:

Data and privacy

IPTV credentials (host, username, password, M3U URL or portal), the channel list, favourites and settings remain on the device. They are not sent to SofIPTV servers. Only technical data required for the trial and licence is processed for activation.

Transport and licence

Connections to the site and licence service use HTTPS. Licence data is stored on a restricted-access server and payment notifications are checked using cryptographic signatures.
