Does SofIPTV provide channels?
No, and this matters: SofIPTV is a player, much like a music player. It hosts, provides and resells no content. You bring your own playlist or credentials.
What happens after the 7 days?
The app offers to activate it for €9.99, once. Your settings, favourites and connection are kept: activation unlocks them instantly.
What content can I play?
Any M3U playlist you are lawfully entitled to use: freely broadcast channels, web radios, corporate or institutional streams, cameras, personal media libraries, or services you subscribe to.
Are my credentials sent anywhere?
No. Your subscription credentials stay on your television. Our servers only receive an anonymous device fingerprint needed for licensing — never your playlist or credentials. “Erase everything” removes the locally saved IPTV access details.
A channel will not start — is it the app?
Usually not: the channel is offline, geographically restricted, or your subscription is already in use on another device. The app shows the exact reason.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal, on a secure payment page. We neither see nor store your banking details.

Do Fire TV and Google TV use the same app?
They share the same Android codebase, but SofIPTV produces a separate Google TV / Android TV build and a separate Amazon Fire TV build. Both use the same licensing backend and website while identifying themselves as different platforms.
Can I install SofIPTV without using an app store?
Yes. The official SofIPTV APK can now be downloaded directly from sofiptv.com for Google TV / Android TV and Amazon Fire TV. Google Play and the other stores marked “coming soon” are not required for direct installation. Only use the official SofIPTV APK.
