Licences are sold by Stripe acting as merchant of record. Its full details and terms appear on the invoice issued to you with your order.
SofIPTV is a media player. The application plays M3U playlists supplied by the user: freely broadcast channels, web radios, institutional or corporate streams, cameras, personal media libraries, or services the user is lawfully subscribed to.
The publisher does not provide, host, broadcast, resell or index any audiovisual content. No channel, stream or playlist is included in the application or offered on this website. The price paid corresponds exclusively to a software licence.
The user is solely responsible for the content they choose to play through the application and for the lawfulness of the sources they add. It is their responsibility to ensure they hold the necessary rights or authorisations and to comply with the regulations applicable in their country of residence, in particular copyright law.
The publisher disclaims all liability regarding the use made of the application and the content, availability, quality and lawfulness of the streams played.
The application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. The publisher does not warrant compatibility with every television model, nor the permanent availability of the third-party services on which the application depends.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher's total liability, on any ground whatsoever, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for their licence. The publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of data, loss of business or commercial harm.
SofIPTV is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised or endorsed by any television manufacturer, operating-system vendor, or provider of audiovisual content. Any trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited for technical identification purposes only.
Lifetime licence to use the SofIPTV application on one device, priced at €9.99 including tax, as a one-off payment. A free 7-day trial precedes any purchase, with no payment details required.
Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record. Accordingly, Stripe appears as the seller on your bank statement, issues the invoice and collects any taxes applicable in your country. The publisher neither collects nor stores any banking data.
Activation is immediate: the device unlocks automatically within minutes of payment, with no further action required.
A free 7-day trial precedes any order and lets you evaluate the product in full, on your own device, before deciding.
As the publisher has no control over playlists added by users, it cannot remove content it does not host. Any rights holder who considers that a use infringes their rights may nevertheless write to support@sofiptv.com: reports are handled diligently, and the publisher will cooperate with any legitimate request from the competent authorities.
The application, its code, interface and graphical elements are the property of the publisher. The licence granted is personal and non-exclusive. Any redistribution, resale or modification is prohibited.
The terms of your order are those of the merchant of record that processed it. These terms of use apply without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, which remain applicable.
The publisher may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of purchase.
