Your subscription credentials (host, username, password, M3U URL or portal) and your channel list remain on your television only. Only the last IPTV source that actually worked is stored. These details are never transmitted to our servers. The same applies to your favourites, channel history and display preferences. Erase everything permanently removes those local IPTV details without deleting the SofIPTV licence.
We collect no banking data: payment is handled by our partner, who passes us no card number.

An important point: your television's technical identifier is never stored as such. It is transformed by a salted hash function — an irreversible operation: even in the event of an incident on our servers, tracing it back to a device is impossible.
When your provider offers no guide, the application downloads one from public sources. Those requests go directly from your television to those sources; we have no knowledge of them.
We neither sell nor rent any data. Two providers are involved:
You may request access, rectification or deletion of information concerning you, as well as portability of your data, by writing to support@sofiptv.com.
Deleting your device fingerprint means losing the associated licence: we will confirm this with you before acting. The Erase everything button in the application settings immediately deletes all data held on your television.
Privacy contact: support@sofiptv.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in your country.
Exchanges between the application, the website and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Licence data is held on a restricted-access server, and payment notifications are verified by cryptographic signature to prevent fraudulent activation.
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical information strictly necessary to display the pages is used.
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with the date at the top of the document updated accordingly.
